I wanted to write and express my satisfaction with Victor Bradford as my Realtor. From our first contact, he was incredibly helpful. Victor was very accommodating with my bust work schedule to show multiple houses in various price ranges and areas. His years of experience and knowledge of the current real estate market was very evident. His ability to listen was well appreciated.
The overall purchase process was so much easier to manage with Victor's advice and guidance. He offered solid strategies for making offers and counter-offers. He was able to answer the vast majority of my questions and what he didn't know he would research and get right back to me with the answer. He explained all the required forms in a manner that was easy to understand. He was able to recommend a home inspector, lender, painter and carpet cleaner. Without his guidance, the home purchase wouldn't have been such a fun and memorable experience.
I have already recommended Victor to a work colleague and will continue to recommend him for anyone purchasing a home. His personality, sincerity, knowledge and professionalism are very strong characteristics that quickly earned my respect.
