We are very delighted to have had the pleasure of working with Victor Bradford during the recent sale of our townhouse and purchase of our single family house. Victor's professionism, courteous attitude, expert knowledge and patience in handling our issues were very important to our complete customer satisfaction.

The sale of our townhouse was rather simple thanks to the advice given by Victor on how to prepare the home to show well. We were able to receive 2 offers within the first several days on the market. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the purchase of our new home. The purchase of our new home took over 2 months to close with multiple offers and changes to the contract. Victor was there every step of the way. He even took time from his family vacation to answer our phone calls, have addendums drafted and comminunicate with the seller and listing agent. The fact that we were not handed off to another Realtor while Victor was out of town made us feel that he treated our affairs with the utmost importance.

Victor even took time from his day to assist with a few minor repairs to the new house to help us pass the appraisal process. While assisting with the "leveling" of the air conditioning units, Victor was biten on his leg by a Brown Recluse spider. The Brown recluse spider is poisonous and led to several trips to the doctor and eventually surgery. This really qualifies as "going the extra mile".

Victor handled our issues as if they were his own, and we are completely satisfied with the service he provided. We will be happy to recommend Victor to any of our friends and family looking to buy or sell in the future.
